1. Who we are
This site is operated by 7TCommerce Ltd (trading as “ThatBuddyBrummie”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@thatbuddybrummie.shop.
2. Age verification (18+)
We only sell to customers aged 18 or over. By law we cannot sell vaping products, tobacco-related products or smoking accessories to anyone under 18.
- Your age is verified at checkout using our third-party age verification provider, Didit. You must complete this check before your order can be accepted and dispatched.
- We may also use an age-verified delivery service for certain products. Where this applies, the courier will ask the person receiving the parcel to confirm they are 18 or over and may request photo ID. Parcels will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour where age-verified delivery is required.
- If we cannot verify your age, we will cancel your order and refund any payment taken.
It is an offence to buy, or attempt to buy, age-restricted products on behalf of someone under 18 (proxy purchasing).
3. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only.
We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Dispatch times
- Orders are processed once age verification and payment have cleared.
- Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders after that, or at weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
5. Delivery options and costs
Delivery is via Royal Mail (small parcels or large letter equivalent). Estimated times are not guaranteed and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Estimated delivery is 2-3 working days.
6. Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
7. Failed or refused delivery
- If an age-verified delivery is refused because no one aged 18+ is available, or ID cannot be provided, the parcel will be returned to us. We may charge a re-delivery fee or refund the order less the original delivery cost.
- If a parcel is returned because it was undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address you provided), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur a further charge.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at help@thatbuddybrummie.shop and we’ll investigate with the courier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
